I think what it is Tattie is that some people are very inconsiderate.
Also, some folk don't have good night vision and have full beams on constantly simply because they can't see too well. (dangerous!)
Luckily, I see very well in the dark.

I love watching the TV programme 'Wheeler Dealers', and just at this moment they're working on a Ford Popular!! But it hasn't got a running board :(
That chap Edd China is a brilliant mechanic, and explains everything so well. I reckon after watching him for many weeks, I could now set up a garage and do people's MOTs for a few quid!
