I experimented and found I could multiply the strength of light activated resin by mixing a bit of moisture activated superglue. Its about ten fold better in attachment and permanency.
My cousin was first to market super glue 60 years ago in Boston so I am more than acquainted with adhesives.

But with enough area of attachment resin is all you need raise soft acoustic strings that travel widely in the middle. The saddle/ bridge allows smaller adjustments than the nut imo.
