I bought Mom a bottle of good Tanqueray gin and she hated it. Said it was missing some of the subtle flavors she was used to in her usual brand. So, I poured the gin into a dirty bathtub, let it sit for long enough to absorb some soap scum and athlete's food fungus, and rebottled it into a dirty Mason jar. Mom said that was more like it.
