vectis...trump thinks that even those folks working for no pay do so out of loyalty to him and because they AGREE with the shutdown...even one of trump's henchmen said something to the effect that these folks "are on vacation" and will get paid after the mess is over which, if saner minds do not prevail, could be a while...trump has nada to lose.
