Why do the buttons on my microwave oven say "Time Defrost" and "Weight Defrost"? "Defrost" means to remove frozen moisture. Like from a car's windshield or the freezer compartment of an old refrigerator. That's not what I want to do to my frozen food. I want to thaw it. Completely. All the way to the center.
