I'm in rural Wyoming, and that is the Going Rate for "Stranger Perfomances". 28 years ago I paid a Stranger Soloist $100 for one song at my wedding.....in Kansas, and that was the Rate then. She was late, and I still had to pay that.

My time is worth their time.....and I do a LOT of freebies as it is.
