I wonder whether Mr Ken from Smithfield was also using Chrome on Android? It seems like a quirk - possibly a bug - of the Android Chrome browser.

If you write or paste a lot of text into the text box it should become scrollable within the part of the screen left above the virtual keyboard. (On a desktop you would get scroll bar.) You should be able to flick the text up and down with your finger (which can be tricky on very small screens). The text area should never cover the submit button.

That's what happens in Firefox on Android.
