There is an excellent Week Ending tome by Ian Greaves & Justin Lewis – 35mm thick with tiny printing!

From the name index on page 675:

Miles Wootton = e328, e330, e331, e332, e334, e335, e336, e343, e360, e364, e369, e370, e704, e707.

(N.B. From a quick check, he’s listed as writer – with cast as performers for the songs).

e328 = series 27, episode 8; 24/11/1978.

e360 = series 30, episode 5; 21/9/1979.

e704 = series 58, episode 1; 25/9/1987.

It lists an extract of e704 & an off-air of e707 as existing (as of 2008 printing date).
