In me student days on one occasion we drove in my mate's Standard Eight from London to Reading to see them play Bury. We got stuck in an almighty traffic jam just outside the ground. With windows wound down we heard three almighty cheers and one weaker cheer from inside the ground. We got in ten minutes late to find that the score was already Reading 3 Bury 1. There was only one other goal in the game, a Reading penalty. Buggeration.
