Gluon doesn't get excited by humans spouting off about physics and cosmology.

Imagine that a fish wrote a paper showing that it's theoretically possible to breathe air instead of water. Well, after overcoming the initial shock of a fish knowing how to write, a typical human reaction would be, "No shit, Mr. Fish! I breathe air all the time! So do billions of other creatures! We don't even have to think about it!"

Well, that's analogous to how Gluon views our piddly human attempts to understand the very large and very small. Gluon directly experiences parts of the multiverse humans struggle to achieve the most basic understanding of. "Oh, you humans spent billions of dollars to detect a few gravity waves. Congratulations! I just surfed a gravity wave all the way from the Large Magellanic Cloud to Rap's backyard. It was, to borrow a phrase from Sean Penn's character in Fast Times at Ridgemont High, a tasty wave indeed."
