Shakespeare stole his plots and made up his characters no better than Dickens, only he didn't have a newspaper to put 'em in, so he got his lads and lassies (sorry, no lasses back then, just laddies) to dress up and play act in a firetrap little place called the Globe (Sounds like a good name for a newspaper).

Dickens is the Shakespeare of the 19th century. I would refer to him as Saint Chuck except I already do that for the other great Charles (Darwin).
