A ballad in the Bodleian collection called "An Excellent Ballad of Richard III" begins

In England once there reigned a King A tyrant fierce and fell Who for to gain himself a Crown Gave fore his soul to Hell.

the note says that it's to the tune of WHO LIST TO LEAD A SOLDIER'S LIFE.
