Here's the abc from Joe's midi file. You'll have to excuse the format - I imported the midi into Musescore2, exported musicXml and used the online converter to generate the abc from xml.

Normally when I do this I tidy up the abc, but I haven't time at the moment and it should work as is. (it's fine with abcm2ps).
