I've two different E.B. songbooks (some of the titles are the same in the two books) but they didn't come with a CD. I wouldn't mind xeroxing them for you (PM me if you are interested). However, I'm expecting a big E.B. songbook to be issued withing the next couple of years. At least he should do it.
