I'm not really sure what its all about. I can't see why anyone would have returned the guitar.

Got the Epiphone Sheraton and the Fender Paramount that way. Its been a big saving.

A yamaha transacoustic is at the luthier being doctored for the action. Although a lighter string guage (48-10) seemed to solve it quite a lot _ I still thought I'd like a luthier to check it out.

I love the lighter strings by the way. fender duratones.

I used to hear that lighter strings would vibrate out of tune - but I haven't found that to be the case. Perhaps they have improved strings since those days.
