I just did a cut and paste from your link to get to the song., yep this is the Andy Stewart and Jimmy Blue song from 1981 odd.. nobody else is listed as having covered it... though there are many songs called 'Aberdeen'. I still think though Joe Gordon's Bonnie Aberdeen works far better.. as Andy Stewart songs go, this one is a pot boiler but one man's meat is another's....
