"The Folk Process" has never been so clearly demonstrated as in the wide variety of memories of this ditty.

I heard one version many years ago.... probably based on the Ed McCurdy example.... but obviously the theme brought out a display of creative poetic license seldom exceeded.

The only line(s) missing from what *I* remember were:

"We encourage constipation
while the train is in the station..
Moonlight always makes me think of you.
