Snuffy, just had a look at your thread, I never knew Mick Maloney recorded it.I notice you spell Ystrad Rhondda with the Y rather thah the way I spelt it With a U. Looking at the spelling and reaching back into my memory of my years in Wales, I think your spelling is the correct one, mind you this means that my Welsh speaking friend is either wrong or that I picked it up wrong.But then, what else is new?
