”Well we've all got our opinions.”

Of course we have, why wouldn’t we?

”I can't really see any of us changing our minds.”

You will, when the Blond Buffoon-Puppet has fulfilled the dreams of his immensely-wealthy puppet-masters, crashed us out of the biggest trading-bloc in the world, increased their own wealth exponentially, and left you, me, and our generation’s kids to pick up the tab.

”For many people the recession started 40 years ago when we joined. Since then they've lived off the largesse of their luckier contemporaries.”

I can only speak personally, but I’ve never ‘lived off the largesse’ of anyone. I studied in my younger days, worked a few months short of fifty years, paid my taxes, never claimed benefits, moved jobs when necessary, and reaped a modest level of reward. Your attribution of the success of others to ‘luck’ and ‘largesse of others’ speaks volumes.

”However I think you're whistling in the dark Iains. The governing classes don't want it. And by and large - they get their way.”

It’s SFA to do with the ‘governing classes’, and everything to do with the immensely wealthy, powerful people who lurk in the shadows pulling the strings.

And don’t forget, you and 17.5 million others asked to leave the EU. Whereas 46.5 million either didn’t ask to leave, or weren’t given the option to choose. That puts Leavers in a minority of the population and, if Brexit is revoked/cancelled, that will be both Poetic Justice and Natural Justice fulfilled at one fell swoop.
