Thread Name: Any Mudcatters in ITALY?

never ask for spaghetti bolognese. It isn't Italian.
They may not use that word for it, but yes it is. I have a friend from Bologna who had a party in Edinburgh for her mother visiting from home. it was very unlike any Scottish party and spag bol was the main dish (though a lot drier than the usual British version). Mother didn't comment on getting Scottish food.
