Bit of a late reply. The tune we sang the song to was Capstick's Dolphin, I've no evidence that it was originally sung to that and can't get hold of the music notation from the 1990s that we had a copy of. Today of course we'd do a quick photo on our mobile phones, hum the tune into the voice recorder and all would be sorted...
