Nicholas Soames voting to force Boris to not do what he had promised to the electorate, is not a million miles away from Brutus stabbing Ceasar. It is the ultimate betrayal. Boris stood for leadership on the promise that the UK would leave the EU on Oct 31 deal or no deal. A sub section of the party do not want Boris to succeed at anything.

My perception is that if the Conservative party does not deliver an exit from the EU in this, or the next, session it will destroy itself.

Some rebels have moved to the Liberal Party. I don't expect many to move to Labour.
