I dont think Apple does any selective Ad Blockers but AdBlock, the one I use with Safari lets you block specific things on a given page so if you don't like a particular image or pop up or whatever you can selectively block that item. The link is: https://www.getadblock.com .

All I can say is that it works for me and I have a pretty much fully Ad free experience on the websites I visit regularly, like the 'Cat. New pages, well, if I need to use them as a one off I can ignore them. If I need to come back a few more times, I use the selective AdBlock feature. Best try 'em out and see how they work for you.
