I have a puzzle. I have a show to play on Saturday and suddenly, unexpectedly, the tips of the fingers on my left hand have gone soft. (I am a right-handed guitarist, and that's my fretting hand). Tonight's rehearsal was painful. I have four days to go - any suggestions what I can do?
