about a forgotten underground bunker
where a mad nazi scientist was still conducting evil experiments,
creating monsters from the bodies of abducted passers by...

It was in colour, so it's probably recent enough
for the Channel Islands tourist agencies to neglect to mention
in holiday brochures...
