There are now many variants of this song on YT, (and some are, naturally enough, more to my taste than others!)

The Yale Slavic Chorus has used it as a "Calling On" song after interval and there is also a version from an all-male ensemble from Montpellier.
However, I have now located the version from which I first learnt this holler - as detailed in my post above of 06June2006 - by seminal group, The Pennywhistlers, from their 1967 LP :

The Pennywhistlers, founded in the US by the wonderful Ethel Raim, influenced so many ‘western’ singers to vocally explore Eastern European folk music (witness the now widespread Macedonian "Shto Mi E Milo"!) - I am just one grateful recipient - and still a fan, some 50 years on!!
