Oh, it happens. But I don’t blame the dog which, when all’s said, knows no better - I blame the selfish, inconsiderate, anti-social A-hole that’s the dog’s owner. And, if I see someone walk on without picking up when their dog’s just had a dump, I call them back and offer them a poo-bag - works wonders!
