The answer is:

obviously not! As it is already mid-November, you will only have another one and a half months of 2019 rain.

Followed by 12 months of 2020 rain,
followed by 12 months of 2021 rain,
followed by ...

After all, the UK has to fulfill the cliché of being a rainy country ...
