Well, remember that as free citizens of a free world, we can have Thanksgiving with our families whenever we want. If dangerous conditions might occur in November, and if school and work schedules allow, we can just go ahead and schedule Thanksgiving for a different month. We don't need government and commercial agreement. It'a family thing.
