Thanks for the good words. As I said it didn't stink. I broiled it both sides and smothered it with spicy brown mustard. Added some potato chips 'cause they were vinegar flavored and I figured it might help. Tasted okay and then I went and donated blood, so the karma should balance out the . . . you know.
