Fortunately we have neither in Idaho! They wouldn't dare! Our State Legislature would quickly put a stop to it, if it didn't find a way to tax it.

By the way, our appeal of our property tax has gone to the State tax board. According to the letter we received yesterday this county has filed 279 such appeals, versus 325 for the rest of the STATE. The Board is also out of money for the appeals and will be asking the Legislature to an additional appropriation.
