The Cash song doesn’t use the OBS tune itself, but rather a variation on Folsom Prison Blues, which itself was adapted from an earlier song. However, it works well as a prelude to the instrumental OBS, which Cash performed by swapping harmonicas during the busy C part. By the way, that British Bluegrass band was called Orange Blossom Sound, as I recall.
