A friend request isn't the same as an active page sending out birthday announcements. That's a human clicking a button and bringing in new eyeballs.

You should search on that name and see if you're already a friend of the original account. If there is only one account and someone there is trying to add you to the friends, that's one thing, but if it is a spoofed name and account, report the fraudulent one.
