Amos - that German boy singing sounds awfully like a scene from the film of Cabaret..... set in Germany of the early 1930's. And it translates as 'Tomorrow belongs to me'.

St Patrick's Breastplate - I bind unto myself today, the strong name of the Trinity - known as Paddy's Vest, and converts to a brilliant triple jig. Had that at my daughter's christening too. Seemed appropriate somehow....
