My ideal candidate would be someone who rose up from the factory floor
or similar real working class origins,
self educated through part time adult study,
talks in the common vernacular,
and will fight back hard when falsely accused and attacked...
Tough, solid integrity, robust wit and humour, and inspiringly charismatic...
