FYI: Stilly has to do with Stillaguamish, though I suppose there could have been moonshiners upstream way back when, with their stills. I know many family members made their own beer during Prohibition, but that doesn't require as much equipment. We leave the hard stuff to the NASCAR still operators in the hills and mountains of the SE.
