When I was a little kid, one of the first ever records my parents gave me
was a red vinyl single of Roy Rogers "A Cowboy Needs a Horse"..

I've never been able to find it on a CD
[though it's a while since I last searched..]
but it sticks in my memory as one of my favourites...
