Cloudberries growing in the Amazon?
They grow wild in the high reaches of Norway according to my Norwegian friend (and translator). But Cloudberry Jam from Ikea comes from Russia mostly.

As for magic foods, would you prefer Macdonalds Hamburgers? They are on the same spectrum, it is just that some are on the obesicifation end of the spread and some reside in the pocket we shall dub "hey, this is better for you". Pomegranate juice is tasty, And not exactly a chore to drink, and I love walnuts. The older you get the more your body needs help, sitting on your arse & denegrating good advice will only raise your cortisol. And too much of that ain't gonna help longevity. PAL!

But then ya can't give advice, it has to be taken. 3 times daily with meals.
