That's the problem, Bee-Dub: false advertising or what we called growing up back on the corn-swept prairies of Illinois, "lyin' through his false teeth." Why, I once looked at a house that was for sale and the ad said that it had "running water." When I went there the water came out of a faucet and didn't run anywhere! It didn't even have shoes! Or the bank that advertised "low interest loans" -- why tell customers that the bank has little interest in lending money when they probably know that already? "Truth in advertising" -- plain old phooey!
