We also stayed in Granada and did the Alhambra by moonlight, and again the next day. On another occasion we stayed in the middle of Córdoba, right next to the Mezquita-Catedral, which is stunning. Two lovely cities, though it was a bit hot on both our visits, 40C every day! It was fine as long as you stayed out of the sun as the humidity was very low. Memorable!
