Obsessive use of soap will do more harm than good. If you kill off your natural skin flora with anti-bac soap you are leaving yourself open to pathogens arriving on your skin that no longer have competitors. Not only that, you are favouring any resistant mutations that will multiply and which your soap can't kill.
