If I was a tory, I'd hope I'd be honest enough to say

"I don't care, I'm alright Jack...!!!"

..but then be badly surprised to find out in fact I'm not,
as I'd also be left to die...

Because the tory elite I always faithfully voted into power
never care about anyone else, not even me...
