Germany is carrying out one hundred thousand tests a day and is expecting to double that in a few days' time. As we don't have a vaccine, the only really effective way to battle the virus is to test like crazy and trace all contacts. If South Korea can do it and Germany can do it, why can't we? Instead, as a result of past Tory policies (or lack of), we are ruining thousands of businesses, throwing millions out of work and building a massive debt for future generations to pay off the likes of which have never been seen.

Testing and tracing only serves to identify the problem.
Lockdown and 'Social Distancing' are measures that can actually be effective.
So to say that tracing and testing are an effective way to "battle the virus" is totally wrong, even if it does come from a self-proclaimed 'scientist'.
