never heard you describe your festival as a 'Sea Shanty Festival' Dick?-It always seemed inclined that way to me but if that's how you see it nowadays, it maybe explains my own ambivalent view of it?

it is more than just a shanty festival it is a folk and maritime festival, so i do not know why you are ambivalent?
the announcement was made in a hurry, so i used the term shanty festival for quickness and expediency
