Sometimes you have to watch your email when you contribute or buy things overseas. I've learned, through buying my veterinary medications from the UK, that sometimes my card company will send an "is this you?" email that I have to respond to before the transaction will go through. That said, PayPal seems to be pretty comfortable doing the international sales, so if there is an option to use PayPal, that might work for you.
