I used to fit respirators, and you couldn't get a good seal with a beard. Anti-Covid face masks aren't supposed to seal, so who cares? It's just there to (mostly) stop the droplets created when one expels air with any force. They filter incoming to some extent.

The people who think they're impervious and immortal don't understand their masks are for the safety of those poor mortals in their vicinity.
