This is true: I remember being in the elementary school playground; sometimes we formed up for games with the leaders 'choosing' who would be on each team. Sometimes it was not so much a game as gangs forming up for whatever reason. I remember early on developing the principle that whatever the cause, don't form up behind the stupid fat kid. . .
