Anchorage and Juneau are a ways apart from each other,
are they not?
Alaska is a very big place after all.
Maybe Anchorage has more animal rescues than Juneau?
Or,
has Juneau got dog rescues
who don't do the shelter thing
but foster the dogs in their homes?
Some of those rescues do a nice job
of matching dogs with prospective owners.
