I have a virtual appointment with my rheumatologist next week. A big "whew" that I don't have to step on the scale in her office, but I have a "smart scale" here so who knows, it might rat me out.

I live just above a creek and pay flood insurance. We always keep our fingers crossed, though it's a flood zone on paper only, so far it has pretty much stayed in it's banks.
