There are some great ideas here. Anybody want to choose a chapter and start a PermaThread? Gerry, do you want to do Australian songs? Canadian Songs? Great American Songbook? Disaster Songs? Murder Ballads?
I think we should have a chapter for building each chapter, and then a separate thread for the final edition of each chapter.
